I am beginning PMHNP school next year, and I would like to travel some place to do my clinicals for Pediatric Psych, or possibly Gero Psych. I live in Ohio, and would like to travel to a different state for a week to get some clinical hours in. I am going through an online program that is ALL online except for clinicals. I would like to travel because I think it would be excellent to see how different states have different policies and approaches. Traveling is also refreshing. Has anyone done this?

Are there any Ped Psych NPs outside of Ohio that might want to be a preceptor for a week? Thanks!
