Hi all,
Wanting to know from any psych np's working at the VA how happy they are with the position. I've been working for 2 years as a psych np at 2 different outpatient clinics. Love the job, but logistics and lack of management ability to adapt becoming very frustrating. Not worried about salary. Wondering about EMR, documentation practices, formularies, referral process, time of appointments, and all the other day-to-day items that are in the grind. Any input greatly appreciated!
