Hi everyone,
I need to write an APA format style paper in "Outline" form.... I have been searching Google for 2 days , seriously I have spend hours and hours trying to figure this out. I know how to write the typical APA paper... but I am not sure about this Outline APA style.... And being that nursing schools are OCD about all things APA... I am hoping there is someone here that knows what to do.
I have completed the actual interview and have all my notes... so I know what needs to be included... I just am stressing about...Spacing.. titles subtitles, bullets,...how to format the interview portion... SN asked "Blah blah," Pt answered "Blah blah" ect....
If anyone has a template or knows where I can find one I will be super excited and forever appreciative.
Thanks for taking the time to look over this post. :)

I'm not sure if this is exactly what you're looking for but in my assessments course I had similar directions for an assignment and got a good grade by following this guide:

Hope it helps! In general, I've found Purdue's site super helpful for my APA formatting questions.

Thank you Rockrobot,
Before posting this question on here, I had looked through the Purdue site. I have used this before when writing Nursing Research papers... Unfortunately, they do not clearly discuss the formatting r/t "Outlines"for APA... which is what I am freaking out about LOL... Still I appreciate your post. Thank you.
