I received an invite from Napa, scheduled the interview but it got cancelled a day before and was told they'd send a new date but I haven't heard anything else since.
I haven't heard anything from Santa Rosa and I haven't seen anyone post about it either

I think definitely have an answer ready for why you applied there, experiences with difficult patient situations, and cultural competency. Also, to ease some anxiety, they do give you a lil bit of time and pen/paper to work on the case study. overall, be confident, have some experiences on hand and remember pt safety.
