Hi everyone!

I was hired for the TIPS September 2024 cohort, and I just wanted to share a timeline of how things were during the whole application, interview, and hiring process so you could get an idea of it.

Thanks for this! I received my official offer today! So exciting!
do you remember how long it took for your background check to be cleared with HireRight? I just submitted everything and am anxious for it to all be done for the next steps!  TIA

Yes I interviewed last Friday, LCMT was my first choice but float pool was my second choice. Honestly surprised I was offered since I felt my interview did not go well.

Congrats! Could I ask you if you already have the RN license or are scheduled for the NCLEX exam?  Thank you so much!

I just got an offer from San Pedro, Float Pool

I have my license! Took it two weeks ago. I felt I would have a better chance having the license/required certifications prior to applying.

I completely agree with you!  The first question they asked was, do you have an RN license? and then they asked if you have an ATT #.  Thank you! Did they offer you day shift or night shift? Is your 1st choice Meg-surg?
