Providence New Grad 2025 Interviews

Published

Hello! Has anyone who applied to Providence when applications opened up on June 6th heard back yet regarding setting up an interview? I was told the process is different from last year. They said they would reach out for setting up interviews starting June 12th.

I just saw this message when I logged in

"You need to complete your lab work and health screen documentation prior to your health screening appointment. " so it looks like it needs to be done prior but I'm unsure if we get any paperwork back to give to Providence

Dang okay, I am not sure what to do. Thank you for your response.

For those who got an offer letter, was the differential included in the letter?

I didn't see anything about a differenetial and I will be working nights.

I spoke with caregiver health earlier and they weren't really pressed about not getting labs drawn prior to the screening... You can always call to reschedule if you're a stickler and want the labs drawn prior. The employee I spoke with started laughing and said I was good since its several weeks before the start of the residency.

That's a huge relief thank you! Did you already complete the health screening? Is this for Torrance btw?

Differential was not included in the letter

no prob. I asked since my offer is for night shift float.

For those that got hired at Torrance if you don't mind sharing what was your base pay? I saw someone said 5.50 differential but didn't see anyone discuss the base pay. And is that pay the same throughout all units? Thank you and Congrats 🙂

For those who are going through the onboarding process currently did you receive an evercheck email? I never got the email in order to upload the RN license

Here is the link to sign in just in case, it will be connected to the email address you gave them:

https://app.evercheckwallet.com/login

Also, if anyone is interested as to how to the health screening will go down:

1. You do not need to have your blood drawn prior to going in, they will do it there
2. You do not need to buy an N95 mask
3. Be sure to have copies of all your immunizations printed out beforehand, and titers even if they are old. They will still draw new ones.

I guess the paperwork they use about going to labcorp is old.

In response to newnursecoming in:

Yes it came the same day multiple emails came in at the same time. The title of the email is "Request from PROVIDENCE" and the email address is "[email protected]".
