Providence Fellowship (for experienced nurses) RN program question

Hi all. I was offered a Providence fellowship RN position in SICU this afternoon for Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo CA and wondering if there might be anyone who has done a Providence fellowship currently or in the past? I have been an RN for 7 years and knowing I will be taking a pay cut to specialize, but wondering what I might expect the hourly rate to be seeing that it's such a high cost of living area and I've been a nurse for several years. Any input greatly appreciated! Was offered the position by the unit manager but won't hear from HR with a final offer until sometime next week.

Hi! I know this forum is a little older, but I just recently applied for an ER fellowship position at Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo and was curious how long it was until you heard back, or until you got an interview. Or if you could provide any information about the process, it would be greatly appreciated.
