Progressive Cardiovascular (PCV)

I'm a senior nursing student who was assigned to precept on a progressive cardiovascular unit at a large hospital. I was just hoping for any helpful information that people might be able to give me about these types of units. what types of things should i brush up on like common procedures or meds that might be used on this type of unit. Also if you have any helpful study sites those would be appreciated as well.
