Just found out that the school I was counting on for ABSN somehow calculates gpa differently and my 3.2 turned in to a 2.94 making me ineligible for admission. Does anyone know of an ABSN or traditional program that starts in January, 2.9 or lower gpa requirement, and hasn't passed application deadline?

Sorry...but Idt one exists for that low of a GPA. You should retake classes to boost your GPA

Let's not be too quick to judge. I have a 4.0 in my last 6 semesters and a 4.0 in all prerequisites. Just played my first two years of school and because I was on the credit system rather than the hour system those courses are all weighted as four hour courses, i.e.- heavier weight. I have a 91 TEAS score and tremendous research experience.

Poniesoverpoker,

Try CSU San Marcos ABSN program. They require 2.5 minimum GPA.

Good luck!

Also, try USF, ME-CNL program. Look into their website. What I remember is that they don't base their admission on GPA only.
