Took the exam last week and passed on my first try. I used Lippincott Med Surg certification review, pockeprep MS practice questions (1,000 questions) and MSNCB 150 practice questions.

I currently work in one of the hospitals in LA right now and have previous work experienced from out of state. I am in awe when CNA's have limited work to do here. In my previous state CNA's can do accuchecks, do bladder scan etc.... Here in Californ...

Definitely do the EB3 route if you wanted to stay in the US in a long term basis or you want to settle here for good. Worldwide health solutions was my agency too before and the process was so smooth.

I came here in the US through EB3 immigrant sponsored visa. I applied for NCLEX thru New York Board of Nursing in 2016. No SSN required. They will issue you a license without SSN. Once you pass NCLEX look for an agency then take IELTS for Visa Screen...
OSCE is easy if you are prepared for it. Back in 2017 there was like 15 stations that you have to undergo. There are situational questions, there are procedures to that you have to perform like NGT insertion, 5 moments of hand hygiene, wound care etc...
Hi everyone. I work 3 night shifts in a row. Is it safe to take doxylamine succinate tabs 25 mg half a tablet 3 days in a row every week? please advise.

I always scan saline flushes. It's always in our E-MAR PRN and it will be counted/reflected in the medication intake and output... We kept our saline flushes in the Medroom.
Hi. We had somewhat the same scenario. When I applied in 2017 my last bedside experience was in 2012 but from 2015-2017 I was working as UM nurse in the Philippines and I used that experience on my NMBI application and they accepted it. Nursing exper...

Hi. I'm using the same book as yours. I am scheduled to take the exam in June. Have you registered to sit for the exam yet? I'll be taking the exam at home as per ARN due to Covid.
Cloud9RN replied to Clair Brooke's topic in Registration
It is NCLEX, the MCQ is under NCSBN. If you check NCSBN website you can find NCLEX Australia as member of NCSBN. I am 100% sure that Australia is using the NCLEX as their MCQ. They even waive MQC for NCLEX passers within the last 10 years. For your r...

Your information is obsolete. Australia now requires NCLEX plus OSCE for those international graduate nurses seeking registration in Australia except for NZ RNs
You can do it simultaneously. Apply to Georgia BON then apply for CGFNS-CES. CGFNS basically verifies your credentials from school and your license as RN in the UK. Once all documents are received by CGFNS it may take a while for them to review. Once...
