Proficiency Nurse II to Nurse III Help!

Hi! I am currently a Nurse II at the VA. I have been here for 6 years. I previously worked on a Med Surg unit, but I have transitioned to a new job as case manager. Based on everything I've read about Nurse III, it seems hard to get. Can anyone help please?! I've heard that it's very important to use key words, but I don't know what they are. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
