No matter what anyone says good or bad about PNS, you need to be signed up with several agencies for many reasons. Always have a Plan B and a Plan C backing up your decisions. As far as PNS goes, I would go with your own judgement on your communications with them. Every traveler will have a different personal experience with an agency based largely on communication with their recruiter, and every single agency has long time fans, and disgruntled travelers who believe you would be crazy to work for them even once. If you communicate well with your recruiter and the assignment you are interested in interviews well, and the compensation is satisfactory (or competitive), why not?
Alright, thank you. :)
