Probation Mental Health/Physical Exam

Please help!!

I am in California. I have Kaiser, and they are worthless with helping me satisfy the terms of probation to undergo a mental health exam and physical exam.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a practitioner who can perform these for a nurse on probation? Preferably in the Bay Area.
