Take control over your career and future by not depending on random agencies cold calling you. While I can't give you an opinion about this particular agency, my advice would be the same no matter the name. Call a lot of agencies and sort through the marketing and pick several recruiters you communicate well with to work with. That is the only way to separate out the real facts on who has the most suitable assignments for your first one, decent compensation, and who may treat you well.
