premade medication charts

I don't know if this has been posted or not but didn't know if anyone knows of a website with medication charts that have trade/generic name, purpose of drug, side effects, nsg interventions and patient teaching Is there any websit with this??????????

This is a neat site....you can search under the different tabs such as for meds, disease and conditions, signs and symptoms, etc. I hope this helps.
