Pre-reqs in NYC?? Where are you taking them?

Hey Everyone,

I'm planning to register for my pre-reqs starting this Fall 2007. I'm trying to figure out where I should take them.

Does anyone have any tips on good/bad professors? Schools? Preferably CUNY. Also, I should mention.. I'm working FT rite now.. which means I need to take late classes. So if anyone has an recommendations on that.

I believe we had similar post here...but here is what I have been doing.

I am in NYC and doing my pre recs at BMCC (CUNY). I am more them satisfied. I am so far very satisfied with professors. I usually check "rate my professor" site, but the ratings are based on personal opinion and often I find them not to be truthful.

I also took my pre reqs last semester at BMCC. The ratings for the professors I took were all over the map but I was happy with each of them in the end (I worked hard and got straight A's, so I am biased). Also, I had Micro all day Friday, A&P I Friday night & Saturday morning, stats saturday afternoon and A&P II all day Sunday.

My undergrad degree was from City Tech, and while I wasn't thrilled with the quality of their academic courses, the ones required by the nursing department are probably better.

BMCC and the other CC's are cheaper than a cuny 4 year college though!
