I know this is probably a long shot but here goes. This post is for pre-nursing students that plan on applying to St Pete College for the ASN program starting in the 2022-2023 school year. So if you attend SPC for your prereqs or maybe you’re taking prereqs somewhere else but plan on applying to SPC for either the Fall ’22 or the Spring ’23 Cohorts, then you’re in the right place. My hope is to be able to network prior to the month we all start to apply for the program (contrary to most of the SPC ASN program threads on here). That way, not only can we support and help each other, but we can keep each other on our toes because, let’s face it, we’re all competing for a spot. My thinking is, despite the natural competition, we few that are here supporting & helping each other would stand a greater chance of getting in since we have this support system of people that are in the same situation that understand EXACTLY what the others are going through.
Perhaps this is too lofty a goal but I genuinely believe that banding together now could only help up all complete our mutual goals: getting the RN and becoming nurses.
