Since you are not formally admitted to the nursing program you do have the option of simply going elsewhere and starting over. Other schools are going to ask for all transcripts of previous work and therefore you *may* have some problems. What will matter most to you is how your current credits transfer (if they are accepted), and what will need repeating.
Looking at the above your grades for English and Soc aren't *that* bad, but the rest including A&P quite honestly aren't doing you any favours. Indeed if that is the best you can do my standard advice applies; changing nursing programs isn't going to solve your problem, rather you need to seriously consider if you have the academic chops to endure any nursing school.
Best to contact other schools you are interested in attending, explain your situation and see what they advise. If you try going to another CUNY school everything will show up and transfer as they are all part of the same system. Therefore your previous course work may count towards the pre-nursing limits and requirements for entry.
What.about a SUNY college? And since I don't have experience with transferring are you saying a school may take a few of my grades and the rest are history? Changing schools won't make it any less harder but I feel staying in a school I can't exel in is stupid if I have no plans on what next.
Anyschool you would recommend me? Because I am very serious on nursing., my grades are flanky but im willing to try harder knowing I have options than none at all
Ps: thank you for answering! I am not working or any other causality things like that. I'm not sure if I have what it takes for nursing but if I can get a B I can get an A :) I'm trying not to give up so soon!

There are two parts in becoming a transfer student. First you must be formally accepted into whatever new college/university one applies to, then there is the matter of entry into one's major. One does not automatically follow the other. Generally however most colleges/universities will try and accept as much transfer credits (sometimes there are limits) as possible. Some schools do impose a cut off, that is grades lower than a certain level (such as "F" or "D") may not tranfer. This does not mean they aren't listed in your new college's transcript because they are, it is just that the class was not accepted by your new school.
When you apply as a transfer to most colleges as an undergraduate the Registar's office will go over your transcripts of previous work (if any) to see what will transfer over and where the credits will be assigned. Usually GE credits such as English, Math and so forth find an easy match up and can be used to satisfy those credits. Core and or major classes may involve comparing course content and or speaking with the department chair to see if they will accept. If not you will have to take the course over but the credits may still transfer and be used as elective/GE requirements.
When it comes to the nursing department you need to see what the pre-nursing requirements are for whatever program you are seeking admission to, as well as any rules regarding residency for transfer students. In one way you are lucky that you were not formally accepted into your current program and then dismissed and or placed on probation due to your grades. However the question for you is to find out how that "D" or whatever final grade you get in A&PI will count. That is will taking the course again count towards any limits on failure/repeating courses that most every nursing program has on it's books.
Since I do not know you personally cannot recommened to you any particular school/program. As you already know they are all *very* difficult. You will be up against peers with GPAs >3.0 and in most cases >3.5 for admission and retention. Considering programs in NYC/NYS are over flowing with applicants to choose from you are going to have to pull up your socks to have any hope of gaining entry and staying in nursing school.
Being as all this may you can try some of the private schools such as Saint Paul's and see if they will "forgive" that "D". Agian this will only get you into the door (provided you meet the other qualfications), that in of itself is not a promise things will be any easier.
Personally I'd suggest you stay where you are for now and concentrate on bringing that GPA up. Take the remaining GE/non-nursing courses as no matter what you do in life they will transfer.
Finally remember this; college transcripts like your school records are legal documents (especially once stamped by a registar) and follow you all your life. They aren't destroyed and must by law remain archived for a certain amount of time. Nothing ever goes away, but each school will add onto whatever work came before. This is why applications ask you to list all schools attended (and so does the NYS license application by the way), and why in most cases students with previous college credits cannot apply as "freshmen".
You are most welcome for the advice such as it tis, but will leave you with this; consider carefully your options and think long and hard before rushing into something. If by some luck you are accepted into a nursing program in future and you continue with the same poor grades it is more than certain you'll be dismissed. Once that happens your status will be much different and many doors closed.
If I transfered to another cuny college would the same transfer rules apply? I cannot understand little help/advisement from my school I was.given. I don't ignore things I don't want to hear but I was advised to transfer to HUNTER COLLEGE. And what help would that be if I cannot pass classes in the one im in now xD.
Saint Paul tution is 39 thousand per semester. Very expensive!
Is it possible to transfer within.cuny and them possibly dropping a grade?
I will get my gpa up in the fall semester :) thanks for the advice for doing some non nursing courses to bring that up! Or at least leave out bio for now.

As stated upthread, all CUNY schools are part of the same system. Via your name and or SSN you are easily found and thus cannot "drop" anything. Not that removing a class was possible in the first place.
Let me break this down like a fraction. Your college transcript is a legal record of your college course work. Nothing is ever "removed" except under the dire circumstances, and even then can only think of something perhaps like ID theft or some other error where you didn't take the class in question at all. What can happen is if you transfer out of one school to another is that grades below the later's standard may not be credited, however they still are listed on the transcript.
If you only have the one "D", most CUNY nursing programs allow one "fail" and or "repeat" for the entire process including pre-nursing thorugh the actual program. If this is possible you can repeat A&PI,but you're going to need an "A" or "A-" to bring that pre-nursing GPA into competitive territory.
Grade point averages are just that. Once you have grades of "F", "D" and or "C" it takes one or more "A" marks to undo the negative damage from just one of the lower letters.
Finally you have to remember that as far as pre-nursing is concerned getting your overall GPA up is a good thing, however the nursing department at your current school is only going to look at the grades that make up the pre-nursing sequence average. My previous advice stands, find out if you are allowed to repeat a failed class and how it affects your GPA. Then depending upon how many classes you have left to complete the pre-nursing sequence at your current school, you'll know what grades are required to undo the damage from the "D".
Best of luck,
DGTG
