I did one recently for nursing school and what it included was vitals, PPD test, mask fitting, and then blood work, which also included finding out what vaccines or immunizations I would need. If you have records of your recent immunizations it would probably be helpful to bring them along (I had to go get a note from my primary doctor saying I had recently received my tetorifice vaccine) but asides from that I can't think of anything. I'm sure if there was anything they really needed you to bring they would have told you. Hope that helps and good luck with your new job!

I am scheduled to have a pre-employment physical next week and I was wondering what it might include or what information if any I would need to bring with me. Do they need any past medical records such as titers, immunizations, etc? Any shared experiences would be much appreciated
