I'm currently a 2nd year CRNA student and have been thinking about the options that await me when I graduate. I have come across a book on the internet (aana website) that I'm considering purchasing. Has anyone else bought this book and if so what did you think about it? I would like more information on the options I have as far as workplaces and more information on the W-2 vs 1099 option. I've seen several other threads on here about the 1099 but not much discussion about benefits/drawbacks.

I just have to ask you, how is schooling going? You have to be so proud. How long was you a nurse before you went? I would love to know your story from beginning to now, on how you made it. I am a junior right now for getting my BA in nursing. Please give me some advise on the best ways to go, so that I too, can be were you are today. I have shadowed a CRNA, and I loved it. Yes, money is good; however, I really enjoy the roll and job of a CRNA. Hope to hear from you soon. My name is Jodi, from Buckhannon WV
