PRACTICAL NURSING SHERIDAN COLLEGE

Hey guys,

I just got my offer from sheridan for practical nursing program starting may 2020.

Anyone starting at that time?

Any present students that can shed some light on what the schedule looks like in sheridan?

Also how was your experience with the placement.

Super excited to connect with fellow rpn aspirants!

I have different offer that will expire soon for a different program, if I accept it, all the colleges that I applied to will be informed that I chose another program which  may affect my offer status. how high are the chances of me getting into the sheridan program?, because if I don't accept it and I don't get an offer from sheridan, I wold be stuck

or will I still be able to receive an offer from seridan even if I've accepted a different offfer from a different college, and later on switch programs if I get accepted to sheridan?

No I first recieved acceptance from Centennial which I accepted. But then I ended up getting accepted in Humber and Sheridan later and I ended up picking sheridan.

alright thank you, because my other program starts in January and the rpn program fro sheridan starts in may

 

also how long did it take to get an offer from sheridan after accepting your centennial offer

@Shrruti Amitkumar Bhatt One more question, what made you choose sheridan over the other offers?, because I'm going to accept a different offer now and if I get accepted to sheridan I will probably switch

Well distance was the #1 factor. Because I live pretty close. Secondly the staff was very friendly and welcoming compared to some other colleges. And finally I read a lot of reviews and for centennial reviews were not great and humber and sheridan was mostly positive.

@Heather Campbell whats your highschool average for the required courses?

I am at 80 % for the four required courses but Sheridan is going to include six courses so I should be around 85%. However  I really want to go to Mohawk, for January start date. Mohawk, is my first choice, however I have to wait until October, to find out.

@dreyy Have you received an offer from Sheridan? Sheridan’s admission process is different then the other colleges, as they give offered on a daily basis until the course fills up.

@Heather CampbellNo I havent, I emailed them and they said they havent started sending offers yet and will likely go out at the end of September till october
