POT, MAR software

I'm a clinical supervisor at a private duty / skilled visit / chha agency. The software we use in our office to generate plans of treatment and track physician orders to pretty awful - we can't automatically generate MARs for our nurses, and it's pretty unweildy and not user-friendly in general.

I'm just wondering what other programs are out there for generating plans of treatments, tracking verbal orders and generating the monthly paperwork for the home charts.

    I don't know what's good but stay away from Cerner Roadnotes. Awful!
