hi, kiddo! i answer a lot of questions about care plans. you can follow my posts on care plans by just clicking on my screen name and pulling up my posts or just doing an advanced search for "diagnosis" because i usually mention the words nursing diagnosis in those care plan posts all the time and also ask for specific posts by me, daytonite. a whole long list of all my care plan posts should come up for you to read. i would only ask that you post any questions that you have on the nursing student assistance forum (https://allnurses.com/forums/f205/) because that is the first place i look for posts and i usually get tied up answering those questions before i do a search for questions out on the other forums. as a start you might want to read this post on how to write a care plan from scratch that i posted yesterday for someone doing their first care plan.

when you are ready and need help, just ask.
