Do you know if the questions in Q&A any different to those in Comprehensive Review?

It is a companion book of Comprehensive Review. I didn't noticed if the Qs were as the same as the Comprehensive one. The only difference is that it contains over 5,000 questions (3,200 additional questions) while the other book contains over 4,000 questions.
