Post Nclex Anxiety!

Published

Hello Everyone,

I am new to this forum. I guess I just need to get my anxiety out. I took the NCLEX-RN today and finished in 40 minutes with 75 questions. Now, I am second guessing myself and really feel like I failed. I went on to my account with Pearson-Vue and it says under status "delivery successful" meaning they already delivered my results to the state. I live in NJ and the license verification website is not up to date so I am going to have to wait the 48 hours and pay the fee to get my results through Pearson.... ugh :/

i live in nj too and it wasnt available til the 2nd day and after 9am so dont waste your time b4 that....good luck tho im sure u did fine :) :D

I just took the NCLEX for the 2nd time, yesterday. I'm more nervous than I was the first time. Last time I had 265 questions, and this time I only had 78. Not sure if it's a good or a BAD thing!! I'm really stressed, I'll find out tomorrow, if I didn't pass I'm not sure I'll have the motivation or time to study all over again. I was on the Dean's list all 2 years of my Undergraduate, and I don't understand why this exam was so hard for me.

I really only studied for two weeks the first time. But, my second time I took Kaplan's online review course and finished it all and studied for 2.5 months.

I hear ya...

That test is so unpredictable - everyone walks out thinking they failed -

i'm still waiting for my results - they should be available today - its been 49 hours what the helllll- waiting sucks...

I just found out that I PASSED!!!

Congrats!! I found out I passed too!! We are both RN's now - sweeeeeeeeet

Congrats to both of you!!!I took my NCLEX yesterday (July 3rd) and I am not sure when my results will be avail. due to the holiday weekend. Mine cut off at 75 quest. too. I am trying not to worry too much and enjoy my long weekend.

Again, congratulations to both of you RNs!!!!

I opted for the quick results and the holiday or weekends don't matter to the computer clock. I tested July 3 and 48 hours later on July 5 I found out I'm an RN!!:yeah:

Congratulations to all who made it past the last hurdle!

To I love my job,

How do you access quick results? Thanks.

Hi Renae,

Go to www.pearsonvue.com/nclex

Log into "my account". This is the same site you might have used to sign up for your NCLEX appointment. You need to know your password and log in name. If you don't there is a 900 number you can call for results.

After logging in it requires a credit card and payment of $7.95 to view the results.

Hi,

I just signed up today!! woo hoo! I took my NCLEX on the 1st and after 205 of the most rediculously hard questions I am now an LPN!!!! I left the day of the test feeling like I got nothing out of my school. I felt like I had let myself and everyone around me down but after finding out I passed the weight is gone and it is time to move to RN! SOOOO Congrats to you on passing your RN I can't wait to reach that level!
