Post Graduate Certificate Option Advice

HI everyone,

My employer offers a pretty generous tuition reimbursement/continuing ed program and I was considering a post-grad certificate in either nursing education OR nursing /clinical trial management. In terms of my job, I do tend to do a lot of teaching to health professionals and I really enjoy it, however furthering clinical trial education would be great because I do work for a large university hospital system. Any thoughts? Both are online/hybrid and flexible and they cost the same and are the same number of credits. If anyone has any advice or suggestions, I would appreciate it.

If it were me, I would choose clinical trials management. This is a much more specialized field and in terms of usefulness, well you're already doing a lot of teaching, so it likely would not open any doors for you in that specialty.
