I have inteview coming up for ICU junior sister post and would need help in answering some possible interview questions that i have selected.
1- Conflict resolution among staff, identifying approach and secondary support.
2-Resolving complants
3-NHS plan and recent initiatives
4-Finance management (nursing issues)
