Positioning Clients in the OR question on NCLEX-PN

Hello all,

I was studying NCLEX-Pn questions about prevention of nerve damage and how to position patients. I need some info on this just in case I recieve these questions on the NCLEX-plus neither my book nor my notes from school or my NCLEX Prep has any information on Intraoperative nursing. Please help me!!:uhoh3:

I jusr did an inservice on proper patient positioning in the OR. I did get alot of info from the net using a search but if you go to Amsco they may have alot of info. Amsco manufactuers OR tables. Also, if you have a fax number I will just fax my inservice papers to you. Even though they are related just to patient's in the OR, I think most of the info will help you.
