Hello all, I am curious to see what the current pay rate is across the country so we can better prepare ourselves and negotiate better salaries! Please try to keep this poll to any graduates after 2010. Thanks!

Hi ! I became an LPN in April of 2012. I got a job about six weeks later at a local jail in northern virginia. Started me out at $21/hr. I stayed there a little over a yr and then quit because I was going to take the nclex rn and had no desire to work there as a RN lol. Good luck out there ! Looking back on it, I had the easiest time finding a job as a LPN . When I was a CNA it took me two months, and then when I became an RN it took me almost three months.
