PointClickCare UDA

I'm new to PointClickCare and new to my facility and it seems nothing's updated. There are many residents that don't even have UDAs set up. Or, some that don't have skin assessments, etc, setup. So, anybody know how I can do that?

Why not ask your co-workers/management? They are the only ones who can tell you how your facility functions.
