100mg guaifenesin and 10 mg of dextro are present in 1 teaspoon.300 mg guaifenesin and 10 mg of dextro in 1 tablespoon? Is that right? completely wrong?
Can someone just please write out it out and explain it?
Almost. The first part is right. The second part should be 300/30. Multiply everything by 3.
Question 1: So you know you have 100mg/10mg in 5 ml. There are 5ml in one teaspoon so naturally you have 100mg/10mg in one teaspoon.
Question 2: There are three teaspoons in a table spoon. So multiply the 100mg/10mg (in each teaspoon) x 3 = 300mg guaifenesin and 30 mg dextro.
are you sure thats correct, i feel like thats too simple though
Assuming the questions read:
"How much guaifenesin & dextromethorpan are in one teaspoon?"
"How much guaifenesin & dextromethorpan are in one tablespoon?"
Then yes. It's that simple. I'm guessing you waaaay overthought this one.
If I'm wrong then I'm just going to ban myself from here from now on.
