Please Help me with this thesis,Nurses all over the world

Hi i'am a third year nurse that is required to submit a title proposal including chapter 1-3 but the problem is my teacher in this subject barely teaches us at all and our consultant doesn't even have a time for us so we're sitting ducks so that's why i need your help in figuring all of this out.please

My title is Comparative Study on the Lifetsyle of before and after diagnosis of Myocardial Innfarction among patients in Quezon Memorial Center.

My sub problem are 1)demographic profile of the respondent

2)What is the lifestyle and knowledge of their illness before being

diagnose with myocardial infarction

3)What is the lifestyle and knowledge of their illness after being

diagnose with myocardial infarction

4)The significance difference of the lifesyle and knowledge bfore and

after diagnos of MI

5)What are the implications that can be derived from this study

I've already done most of chapter one except for Theoretical framework,Conceptual framework,and paradigm because i have no idea on what i'am going to choose so please help me.

    I am not sure how we can help.....many of us are not from the Phillipines and would have no idea how these factors influence their lifestyle.
