Please help!

Hello, everyone! I'm a nursing student, and I'm about to do a research. I have a roughly good idea, which I can work on. I would like to research on those adults who were, in their childhood, mistreated, misunderstood, maltreated with biasness, etc., and how it is affecting their current life. I would like to take those people who are between 25 to 35 years of age. Can you please help me in refining my topic? Every help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    What is your actual assignment in regards to the research project? Can you research anything you want or does it have to be related to nursing in some way? Do you have specific examples of how the people you would like to research were "mistreated, misunderstood, maltreated with biasness, etc."? That seems like a very broad category. Are you looking to research victims of child abuse, bullying, or something else? What type of research will you be doing? Are you doing a literature review of other research or do you actually have to find people that fit this criteria to speak with?
