Please take the time to read the sticky at the top of this forum called the Primer. There is much information that you need to be aware of.

There is no application for the NCLEX exam, that just does not exist. You will be applying for licensure to a state BON and are required to get their permission before you can even test.

You cannot work legally in the US in any way without a visa that will permit it and there are no visas that are available for you. There are no visas for you to work as a caregiver in the US either.

The US is under a retrogression at this time, period. There is no way that you can remain in the US and work. You will be overstaying your visa and subject to being deported. It is illegal for you to do any type of work on the tourist visa. You then make yourself subject to being deported and not permitted to return to the US for a minimum of ten years.

I am sure that you were quite aware of this fact before you came to the US. Please do the legal and correct thing and do not work here and return home before your visa is expired. No one can hire you without having a SSN# and a legal visa to be working with.

And just be aware that you have also posted that you are looking to work illegally in the US and immigration officials are always reading posts here.

Not sure where you have gotten any of your information from in the first place but it takes four to six months to even get approval to sit for the NCLEX exam once you apply for licensure.

I would recommend that you not come to the US for the purposes that you have described. We do not have any visas available at this time, even if you pass the NCLEX exam. There is no way that you will be able to remain here and work. Much better off staying home and preparing there for the exam, there is no reason at all that it needs to be written in the US.

You were the one that brought up working illegally without a SSN# as a caregiver when you came here on a tourist visa. It is right in your first post. You also are not aware of any of the requirements for working in the US, do suggest that you have a good read on the Primer that is in a sticky at the top of this forum.

You are looking at about a five year wait to get a visa to be able to work in the US, coming here earlier with the thought of staying is just not howt to do things, no matter what your family is telling you to do. The exam is offered in your country.

There are many here that already have approval on everything and have been waiting patiently for visas to open up. For you to have an idea of just being able to take cuts in front of them does not sit pretty with many here.

To attmept any type of work here, even if is babysitting, is grounds for you to be deported. You asked about it your first post.
