Nursing Students General Students

Hello, I was wondering if anyone recommends taking Anatomy and Physiology as a summer course? I have never taken this course in high school, but I am fairly smart and learn quick but I heard it was really hard on a normal semester and I was thinking a summer semester is faster paced. Anyone have any advice for me? O yes and I wanted to take it in the summer so in the fall I dont have to take it with all my nursing classes... Please Help!

I would say take it in the summer that way you can put all of your concentration on just that one course. Then in the fall all of your concentration can be on just nursing. Summer is difficult for a course with labs and you are in school most of the day, but you can do it:redbeathe

It might be a bit intense to take it over the summer, but I can guarantee you it won't be as tough as combining it with your nursing courses. Get it, and anything else you can, out of the way before you start NS. You won't regret it.

I took anat over the summer and am glad I did, actually I front loaded my classes so that my last 2 semesters would be lighter.

A&P over the summer is hard, but WOW your life will be so much easier to get past it.

I used the same stragety and took micro last summer. I watched so many other students struggle when they took it along with their nursing classes.

If you can handle then go for it!!!!!
