I was trying to enter in a nursing field and i am not sure which way is good. Do RN directly or first do LPN and then RN. Which way is better?

I am planning to move AZ. Currently,I hold a NY state CNA License, what do I do to get a AZ certification? Do I need to get another license to work in AZ?

Moreover, I took my CNA CLASS in Boces, here in NY. Is there any institute where I can take LPN CLASS?
