i did the Kaplan.. I might say their question is a lot similar to the NCLEX. I was doing 200 questions per day 2 weeks prior to my test and attended a 2 week course... basically we didnt study concept but instead we focus on strategy on how to prioritize which is big in the nclex.. also they have question trainers which basically start you with 75 questions and it build up to 265 which build your stamina in taking long test.. They also have a money back guarantee or you can retake the classes for free.. But the disadvantage is that it cost a lot of money.. 500 dollars but its all worth it.. i didnt read all the books i have in nsg school, just practiced question everyday and read the rationale behind it.. hope this help

It is up to you to find what works for you. A person could go through every review course that is available, but if they don't go home and do the work, it will be a waste of time and money. Many people do just fine with a review book on their own. Some go to a review course to get started, then they do fine. Look at the different review courses available to you and pick the one that you can afford and that seems like it will help you the most. Good luck.
