Please help lvn at a snf here.

Resident alert and oriented was being rude to me and mean. I currently work at a snf as a med pass LVN. I gave a resident his medication and he got the medication and put it in his pants saying he will take it when is ready even if it takes 30minutes. What do I do in that situation? I don't want to get in trouble with the board.

    Always tell your next in command! 

    Also If herepeatedly gives you problem,  writing a behavior note is key as well.

    I'm confused it says CNA and RN student. Are you an LPN or a med tech? Just wanting to start there because there's no scope of practice as a med tech
