Platt College

Ok ok ok I know this topic has been beat to death but there is just so much info spread out over so many post that I would like to at least get the right answer in one place if possible. I have my meeting with Platt tonight and I would like to get some outside info before going so that I'm not blindsided by what they have to say. I have a few questions I would like to ask.

1) For those that ARE CURRENT students. How many of you are working while attending the program. Part time, Full time, Weekends???

2) I know right now they are in Candidate status with the NLN. If I was to attend there program and they got full accreditation while I was in the program will I be grandfathered. If I graduate and they still don't have the accreditation but there after obtain it will I be grandfathered???

3) What are the possibilities of getting hired into a local hospital after I finish??? From what I've heard DSON is having a hard time getting into hospitals. Right now I work as a ER tech and can only see myself working in a hospital.

4) What is there regional accreditation?

Thank you for all the help. I would really prefer answer from people who have attended the program or who really knows what they are talking about. Most of the stuff I've read on here has been IMO's.
