Plastic Surgery RN

Does anyone work in a plastic surgeons office in the Houston area? I currently work in an ICU at a big hospital and am looking for a change. Do the benefits/pay compare to inpatient ICU?

People typically take a big pay cut in exchange for an "easy" 9-5 job with weekends and holidays off. If pay is a top concern, you may find yourself disappointed.

It can't hurt to apply and see if you get any offers, though.
