I've been in conversation with an Agency, Contiental Travel Nurse, anyone dealt with them? They seem friendly and knowledgable and their perks seem good.
Any other agencies I could look at?
Anyone done this?
Any advice?
And I was wondering how much it cost for UK rego and the price of the 20 day bridging programme for overseas nurses.
Given the time spans of Visa applications and rego applications I thought November would be a good time to aim for.

Hey,
I have also been in contact with Continental travel nurse. Initially planning to go this year but was quite stunned by the red tape. I have not managed to contact any other nurses who have been through this agency either, one of the recruiters passed me the email of an aussie nurse with them, but have not heard back! Have you been in contact with other nurses yet? Also what is your level of experience? How do you think you will go with passing NMC standards? I understand a lack of midwifery + paediatric undergraduate experience often lets aussie nurses down when they are applying to join the adult register.
Also you are looking at ~$300-350 to complete the IELTS test, then ~117 pounds for the NMC to consider your application and send you out a package to complete, your application is then judged by the NMC - if successful you complete the ONP in the UK, ~300 pounds, which continental travel nurse will reimburse a certain percentage of, finally NMC registration (with a 3 yr lifespan) = ~90-100 pounds.
