Pittsburgh ED Jobs

Long time lurker, first time poster. I am going to be relocating to the Pittsburgh area this summer from the south and need guidance about different EDs in the area. I went to school at Gannon in Erie but don't have much knowledge about working as a nurse in Pittsburgh.

About myself: BSN-prepared nurse with two years of ED experience. I did a new grad ED residency in Georgia (where I still am located.) My hospital is a fairly large non-teaching facility that sees a decent amount of psych and cardiac patients. We are also located in a fairly poor city with a fair amount of heroin and meth. We are also a level 1 trauma center.

I know UPMC is the big hospital system in the area but they look like they have many different hospitals in the city. I also saw Allegheny Health Network has a few hospitals as well. I was looking for any guidance as to which hospitals specialize in what and which EDs people tend to like working in. Feel free to PM if you would like.
