I have had like 4 interviews in the past. And my last one I felt more confident because of the exposure and I was actually offered the position but its a clinic IDK about that. But my suggestion is to arrive early so u find your location or if its on zoom login early in case of technical difficulties. I have been asked questions like tell me about yourself, why this hospital, and questions like if a patient presents with these s/s whatsoever you think is happening and what orders do you anticipate , also what would you do if drawing blood and a patient says they are hearing voices that they want to harm themselves, a geriatric pt has an order of 12mg ivp morphine is it safe, etc theres so much more but I would say practice writing out answers so u don't draw blanks
