Hey guys! I'm starting this thread for PIH Health Whittier New Grad Program for the August 2024 Cohort. Has anyone applied so far? Hopefully we can update each other on application processes, interviews, and job offers 🙂

yes, that's the same email I got. but instead of it saying the general new grad RN posting like it did when I first applied, I noticed that it changed to my top unit!

did you interview with the unit already? And if so, may I ask when? I'm wondering how long it takes for status to change.

When I enter my email to get the status emailed to me it just shows "New Grad RN, PIH Whittier, August 12, 2024 Cohort" and "Active" for status.

Hello Ladies, 

I also got a call from them to today for DOU, they asked me a few questions and told me about the unit. I have an in person interview next Thursday at 3pm. so watch out for their calls this week.

me too nothing has changed yet and my top choice is oncology

No, I haven't received a call/email for an interview yet. what was your top choice? hopefully yours changes soon ˙ᵕ˙

Is anyone still wiating to hear a callback from Whittier? I also applied to downey and good samaritan and only got a callback from good samaritan.

I got a call back from Whittier but I really wanted Good Samaritan.

Anybody get a call for an interview for cardiac telemetry yet? What area code number was it from, if so?

LOL... we should switch then. I got a call bock from Transitional Care unit. She basically said it's like a geriatric unit with patients that are awaiting discharge. 
I have an interview next Thursday. 
 

did they tell you what the pay was for Good Samaritan
