Would anyone know what the new grad salary would be at this hospital?

I work at Whittier PIH and I have seen new grad RNS start between 33-38/hr.

I'm in employee health and process all new hires.

Thank you! So the difference in pay depends on what unit you get hired on? Would that be correct?

I think it's more related to the differential. Night-shift differential is $7 at PIH - at least at Whittier.

OMG... if your new grad and single I suggest moving out of state temporarily to a place like Houston for $30-32 for nights. Cost of living is not 2k a month for a single bedroom.
