Hiii wanted to make a forum for the next round of apps for PIH hospitals. 
Good Samaritan and Downey opened TODAY 8/5 at midnight. Whittier opens on the 11th.

Hello, I was hired for PIH Good Samaritan's new grad program starting this Monday (10/6) and I was wondering if anyone else here is also starting in the same cohort? And if yall recieved a email today regarding our schedule yet? Thank you! :))

I think most people have gotten offers already I saw many new hires during my onboarding appointment at Whittier.

Downey and Good Samaritan opens 12/3 and Whittier opens 12/15

Congratulations on getting into the PIH Downey ER new grad program. That is such an amazing accomplishment!

I wanted to drop in and ask if you would be comfortable sharing a bit about your interview experience. How did it go, what kind of questions did they ask, and how would you recommend preparing? How long was the interview process overall?

Also, now that you are in the program, how has your experience been so far?

Any insight you are willing to share would be truly appreciated. Thanks again, and congratulations!

Hi thanks. I don't remember much of the interview because it went so quick but definitely practice out loud. I am at Whittier not Downey so I am not sure if it will be differnet. The hiring process was straight forward and so far I am really enjoying ER and the experiencing precepting. Goodluck!
