I hear ya. The same happened to me with COC this app period. So I've been accepted into their generic BC they didn't have enough qualified applicants.

Oh man. .did you apply anywhere else..I am an alternate at pasadena city..so is pierce is your first choice?

Pierce, COC, valley and AV. Pierce hopefully cuz the rest are generic programs.
