Hello everyone!

I have been a Pediatric RN for 3 years and a few months now, and I'm looking to further my experience at PICU. I was curious about the experiences of the PICU RN's at Morgan Stanley's Children's hospital.

I would love to hear what the population is like, how the team is, and if Morgan Stanley is a unionized hospital.
