PICU Nursing in Mississippi

I am interested in working in Mississippi. I do PICU/CVICU Peds. Where are the good Childrens Hospitals and what kind of salary ranges? :balloons:

:) the ONLY place to work in Mississippi(as far as i am concerned), for PICU/CVICU is UMC. We are a level 1 trauma center, 16 bed unit. Gearing up to start doing ECMO(ok everyone else is already doing it), AND gearing up to start Peds transports(currently helicopter transports peds or ground with local ambulance service) I worked there for 2 years/total 6 yrs PICU. i loved it!! Don't know about salary, since i've been a nurse > 10 yrs and just about salary maxed. hope this helps....
