PICU/ICU nurses: Question: RE: transpyloric tubes

Hello fellow nurses,

I work in a PICU in Texas and we're working on moving towards the opening of a future Children's Hospital. We're currently working on re-vamping our policies and procedures in anticipation of that event. Do any of you have specific policies @ your Children's Hospitals (or Adult ICU's) regarding insertion of and maintenance of NJ/ND, NG tubes, pegs, etc?
